To calculate the cost of customer acquisition, we have to divide the total of the spent in marketing to get customers among the number of clients obtained with that investment.

$120,000 per 4 years 120,000/497=$ 241

30,000 per year

New customer in this period 497

Cost of acquisition would be $241

150,000 new marketing Budget

600 new automobile purchase

150,000 / 600 = $250

The cost of acquisition would be $ 250, if the marketing budget investment is $ 150,000 and 600 new car sales were achieved

- Calculate the return on marketing when the company´s increased profits were $100,000 and the costs incurred to achieve those profits were $80,000.

To calculate the ROM we have to aply the formula:

ROM= Increase profit in new scenario / Increase cost

100000/80000 1.25 %

Market Ratio 5 %

Acording to the case the market ratio its 5%, so that means that Acura must reach that 5% or more to be profible above the ratio. In this new scenario that doesnt happen they only reach 1.25%, the sales forces needs to sell more to encrease the sales to have a better profit and the marketing área must have better results with the marketing efforts.

To elaborate a strategy the main thing would be to increase the lifetime value with data type CRM where we can analyze to the clients and to know that we are going to offer them, on that way to be able to obtain a loyalty and better ratio of memory of markData driven marketing

So it is necessary to implement a system that develops a database, which provides information such as:

Relevant customer information

Information to know the insigths of our clients

Information about the behavior of our customers

That way we will know what strategy to use to have a greater return of our customers

will generate :

- Ask & answer the right questions

- Integrate marketing strategies

- Optimize the marketing mix

- Recognize & know the right customer

- Show next best offer

- Create a better user experiences

Also we will add a date plan investigation to know how to improve or manage an optimum complaint management.
