Why is it important to arrive relaxed?

They are leaving their hometown to do business. So in order to not waste any time, we suppose that they will have a tight schedule wherever they are going and they travel during night to not waste any effective working time. Of cause they neither want to waste time with sleeping once arrived at their destination. This means they have to be rested if they want that this business trip makes sense. But when their boss sends them out, should the employees pay for our product by themselves? Yes, because if they have rested, they will be more convincing during negotiation or meetings, and so “take better business deals back home”.

3. People on Family visits

Our last segment is a bit more difficult to define clearly. Their basic reason for traveling is that they want to visit their relatives that live in another town. So it is harder to make statements about their age and their background. For them the journey is like mini-vacations, they will just be caring a small bag. But they might carry some presents for their family, or we can imagine that they might return equipped with some food from their relatives. So they also do not have any space to waste, the Neck pillow must fit in a small place at for example the side of their backpack. They are price concerned: they already have to pay for the bus ticket to visits their family which means they do not want to waste any money. In this segment we can image that maybe the user does not buy our product for him, but his family buy the pillow as a present like saying “come and visit us more often”. As this should be considered as a small attentiveness of cause the price should not be too high for them. For this segment it is hard to say which optical design is most attractive to them. If we are thinking of a young person visiting their parents or grandparents is has to be cool and fashioned. If we think about the other end of the spectrum, like grandparents or aunts visiting their children, grandchildren or nieces; a more plain design is preferable.

Why is it important to arrive relaxed?

They travel to spend time with their family, so they want to benefit the maximum from the small time they have together. It does not make a good impression and is not much fun to seem all the time tired when you are together with your family. Furthermore some families really prepare something special if a relative comes to visit them, so to do no disappoint them this customer segment has to arrive super relaxed.
