COMMUNICATION
Informal communication is established between the members of an organization relationship, identity, sympathy that occurs between them, regardless of position or their position, facilitates collaboration and exchange of experiences and knowledge. A conversation is a dialogue between two or more people. a communication is established through spoken (by telephone, for example) writing (in a chat room) language. It is an interaction in which the partners contribute to the construction of a text, unlike the monologue, where the control building has just one. So his dialogue character states. DISCUSSION: It is a form of oral and written speech in communicating between two or more persons, in an exchange of ideas by any means. A dialogue can consist from a friendly conversation to a heated discussion held between the partners, and is used in literary genres like the novel, the story, fable, drama or poetry. In a literary work, a good dialogue to define the character of the characters: the word reveals intentions and moods, ultimately, what can not be seen, and there in lays its importance.
The colloquium is a conversation between more than two people conversing on a given topic. The conference should also be dynamic that dialogue without speaking over another (that is dialoguing) and this dialogue must have a stipulated time. At the end of the colloquium should issue a personal or group opinion on the subject
