BUSINESS STRATEGY FOR IVI HOGAR

Grupo AISA is one of the most important building companies in Puebla, because they care about the environment and uses some materials which are friendly environment, in other words that those materials do not affect the environment where the houses or departments are built. This company is a direct competitor of IVI Hogar because its market segmentation is almost the same, I this case what IVI Hogar should do is to use those kind of materials that do not affect the environment, but they can be string and durable for the departments and houses built. With this two comparisons it can be said that IVI Hogar do not need to care so much about the competitors, because they are not direct competitors, the market segmentations is not the same in some cases, but the company need to implement some strategies in order to not loss customers.

I do not think that IVI Hogar needs to make an alliance with any other building company, maybe not at this time, because they are a leading company in the industry of building at Puebla, is one of the most important building companies in this state, so making an alliance at this time is not convenient for anyone because maybe the prices of the houses and department will rise and maybe they will lose some of their clients. Also is not convenient to make an alliance because the other companies will make another strategies to be the leading company at Puebla in the industry.

As we already know IVI Hogar is a leading company at Puebla, this may help to expand its market to another state of the country, because they can afford it, for example they can initiate with the states that are near to Puebla, for example Queretaro and Pachuca, and according to the results of making an IVI Hogar in these two states, they can implement some other companies in other states, for example Distrito Federal, Nuevo León and Jalisco which are the most important of the country, and if everything is well done the earnings are going to be higher.

IVI Hogar needs to reduce the time of making the house and the departments because they spend a lot of time doing the job, they must have a better logistic to finish on time and in this case satisfy the client that wants the final department or house in an specific period of time, the company will achieve this by using more technology in the processes an training in a better way the workers.

The company does not need to reduce resources, because if they reduce the resources the final good in this cases the building, will have a lower quality, in this condition the people will not buy anything because it can be dangerous to have a building with bad quality.
