ANALYSIS FORM EMPLOYEES' POINT OF VIEW

Is the purpose of the organization easy to recognize?

Yes, it is. Employees be aware of the goals this institution have and they recognize the compromise they have made to reach high standards for academic performance, since they started working.

Does it reflect what, why and how the organization does what it does?

Yes, keeping in mind the purposes of the institution help us to make our best to help the growth of the institution.

Do you (as an employee) identify with the mission?

Every day people learn and has the chance to improve. It is a big responsibility that we, as teachers have in the contribution of formation proactive and successful professionals.

As an employee, are you inspired to uphold the mission?

It is a personal goal that I try to reach every single day, and I think I work on that with each extra input that I bring to my class.

Would you be able to understand the mission if you were not a member of the organization?

Yes, of course. The mission of our institution is completely clear, and it helps to understand what kind of organization the school is, what it want to reach.

Does it make an explicit statement about how they want the public to view the organization?

As an organization of modern quality that helps students to assume their duties with responsibility, ethics, academic leadership and multicultural tolerance in a highly competitive world.

Is the mission statement recent and reflective of the current state of affairs at the organization?

According to our principal they have been included some important issues to the mission, because of the growth of the organization.
