ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to describe the consumption of drugs tends to increase violence and emotional implications of these behaviors in women. We mainly focus on domestic violence, this does not mean that you put aside violence against women or couples, because in both cases the violence is increased by increasing the influence of drugs on the human body.
The research is focused on knowing what percentage increases in violence when under the influence of a drug, for this number of documents were consulted on the Internet, such as articles, statistics, interviews, magazines, among others.
The samples taken were a group of women between 15 and 35 years old, alone or with some kind of union of pajera, secondary school, housewives and those working and earning less than minimum wage.
This group violence affected 50% of women with deaths of family and friends, from his childhood and adolescence, but most alarm is that 90% of them had been victims of all kinds of mainly physical or verbal violence, this violence was a period of 3-12 years, which affected the group of women decided to hide the violence endured.
This group statistics indicated that 60% of women admitted to having consumed alcohol and drugs at any time throughout their lives, mainly out of curiosity were taken.
As statistics on violence were obtained against this group of women by their partners while intoxicated or under the influence of a drug which showed that violence inflicted (cause or result in injury or offense) 100 % when their partners are found drunk and less frequently under the influence of drugs.
The results obtained are urging the team to continue research on violence produced by the effect of drugs, then based on the violence in Mexico to meet the levels of violence in our country and increasing interest in developing programs to prevent all these aspects , as is the violence and drug use, and possibly offer interventions for the benefit of victims of domestic violence.
On the computer a contradiction had about the violence generated by alcohol as 1 of the 4 members mentioned that alcohol whatever the amount consumed produced or increased violence, to which the rest of the team contradicted this theory saying violence depended on the level of alcohol consumed by the person since the higher consumption increased influence of the drug in the body. After a short debate the member who disagreed, complied with the idea of the rest of the team and continue without any problem.
It can be concluded that violence has become very common, which is a result of not reporting or do something about it, or may be because women think that it is something 'normal', and that observe a their homes at an early age with his father or some family, this leads to violence when a woman receives only hides the problem and goes unnoticed over time, which causes the violence is repeated in many cases and so the problem is carried for several years until she decides to denounce the violence affected received. You can also conclude that the consumption of drugs tends to increase by 100% violence against women and children, mainly alcohol, which unfortunately is allowed for consumption substance, and is the most common and consumed between the population, this substance is 100% increases in violence, in other lower percentage are drugs such as cannabis, cocaine, heroin and inhalants, but also produce an increase in domestic violence. These are problems that can be avoided mainly denouncing the violence, government programs currently exist to prevent such violence, but the main problem is that women are not determined to denounce their aggressors and this makes these programs may not work as should. On the contrary if they decide to possibly denounce such violence would not exist as level as now. As for drugs associations exist which can prevent people consume some kind of drug, but in this case depends on the will of the person and is more difficult to convince someone to walk away from a defect. Domestic violence can be reduced considerably if the affected women to take actions for their benefit and not conceal the problems, but currently in the country's culture does not have to report domestic violence.
