It is also of utmost importance that the country seeks financial and technological services imports, since these are two points that does not come out very well favored, so that it isn’t competitive, it is necessary to develop a solid financial system, granting more and better opportunities to progress to its habitants, through the enhancement of its local currency, the easy access to credits that promote education and the development of products within the secondary sector of the economy, as well as telecommunication networks that promote internet access for more people (the use of the internet is currently limited to a small portion of the population) to be able to generate better access to knowledge creation, and that this is a first step to make advances in research and development.

In accordance with all the above is possible to ensure that trade policy that Bolivia has contributed a little to the economy is more stable and may have a large trading partner such as Brazil and also in the world's largest mineral sources, this can, in the future, secure a role in the upcoming global scenarios. However it is absolutely necessary that research studies are carried out and development so that it is possible to generate new methods to extract and refine their own gas and in the same way, facilitating the search for new deposits that give the country a greater importance within the global configuration.

Also, the search for new alternatives for the transit of goods can benefit the Bolivian products in order to achieve cost reductions, in the same way, explore new potential business partners can generate greater diversification of existing products in the Bolivian market, with lower costs that they boost the domestic industry to become more competitive and innovative. In addition, the import of services - within our perception - can be a strong point that Bolivia can take advantage of since it does not require major infrastructure and can help, both the country and the region in general.

Some great strengths are, according to the previous analysis, in the field of resources and their exploitation to the Bolivian economy, but there are many more flaws that leave the country somewhat behind with regard to its neighbors; It is necessary that the country invest more money in research and development, and also generate evolutionary advances in the ICT infrastructure, so that the country could be more competitive and produce best professionals, with better education, for top companies with top products that could generate better recognition to the country between the international markets
