Chichén Itzá, es unos de los principales sitios arqueológicos de la Península de Yucatán y nombrada como una de las siete maravillas del mundo. Su nombre deriva de las palabras mayas (Chichén) Boca del Pozo; de los (Itzá) brujos del agua.

El cenote Ik Kil es uno de los lugares turísticos de Yucatán de mayor belleza, se trata de un depósito de agua subterránea de unos 60 metros de diámetro y 40 de profundidad. Este lugar también es conocido como Cenote Sagrado Azul por el color de sus aguas, es ideal para pasar un momento de diversión en un ambiente tranquilo y relajante en medio de la naturaleza.

Reserva de la Biósfera Celestún, increíble reserva que se extiende por Yucatán y Campeche, a 45 minutos de Mérida, reconocida internacionalmente, es un refugio invernal de centenares de flamingos y otras especies de aves.
