3) Ausencia de equipos de preparación: Cuando se trata de necesitar aire comprimido para consumo en un proceso, lo primero en que se piensa es en el compresor, dejando en segundo plano la preparación y acondicionamiento del aire comprimido. Se observa que en muchas plantas industriales se carece de ellos y se recurre a las unidades de mantenimiento y trampas de condensado directamente en los consumos, y eso, porque alguien ha notado que al consumo llega aire comprimido con gotas de agua y barro. La ausencia de equipos de preparación del aire comprimido, hace que el aire viaje por toda la instalación, creando depósitos de impurezas que cobran su rédito disminuyendo la eficiencia energética y aumentando el costo de mantenimiento de equipos de consumo.
4) Excesiva producción de aire comprimido: Es común en las plantas industriales, recurrir a reforzar la producción del aire comprimido, cuando se detectan caídas de presión en algunos consumos. Aunque incrementar la producción de aire comprimido sirve como solución, no debe ser el primer recurso a tomar, al contrario, debe ser el último recurso, luego de haber revisado e implementado otra serie de medidas que tengan que ver con los consumos, el almacenamiento y la distribución del aire comprimido.
Una vez implementado en la cultura organizacional la conciencia de ahorro energético junto con la medición de variables importantes relacionadas, en procura de mejorar la eficiencia de los sistemas neumáticos de la planta, de acuerdo de los cuatro factores específicos mencionados anteriormente, es necesario desarrollar e implementar programas y estrategias adecuadas, donde confluyen el conocimiento técnico y la actitud de la persona y del grupo, para solucionar este tipo de problemas. CONCLUSIONES
En muchas empresas productivas, las instalaciones de aire comprimido han crecido sin una planeación específica que garantice un grado de eficiencia aceptable.

If you want to submit your file with one column electronically, please do the following:
--First, click on the View menu and choose Print Layout.
--Second, place your cursor in the first paragraph. Go to the Format menu, choose Columns, choose one column Layout, and choose “apply to whole document” from the dropdown menu.
--Third, click and drag the right margin bar to just over 4 inches in width.
The graphics will stay in the “second” column, but you can drag them to the first column. Make the graphic wider to push out any text that may try to fill in next to the graphic.
