- Economical
In the past 50 years, the number of people working in manufacturing, government, and agriculture jobs have all gone down or flat-lined. As technology infiltrates parts of the labor market that it could never reach before, employment of people who do repetitive or task-oriented jobs has seen less need for human oversight or action. And your job could very likely be next.
As technology has advanced, machines are increasingly working alongside employees, as they do at Amazon’s new warehouse in Trenton, N.J., and robots have even been developed to help provide therapy for children during long hospital stays.
As we’ve moved from devices that reduce physical effort to those that can replace humans, however, the benefits of technology for individual workers have become less clear
- Strengths of Porter
- Bargaining power with customers
There are thousands of parents in Nicaragua, some of whom are quite cost-conscious, but many of whom are willing to pay our service for a challenging, innovated learning, welcoming and fun environment and a modern and safe facility. We believe that educate and develop enduring relationships with their children well with the system that each robot will own, the bargaining power of the parents will diminish and they will become less price-sensitive
- Competitive rivalry
Mss. Nanny Company might not have competitive, for, that will be a new and different concept in Nicaragua. Indeed, that will give us advantages. Nevertheless, Nicaraguan parents might not trust in us at the beginning and they might thing that our robots will be a waste of money, for that reason they will search the traditional nanny or even more their own family will take care of their children meanwhile they are working.
- Bargaining power of suppliers
In our case, suppliers refer to the supply of a hight quality of technologies and tools for the operation of our robots which will give children care professional services.
In order to that, we will contact a world-wide recognized China company, to guarantee either us or our customers, to get a high-standard robot.
- Threat of new entrants
- Availability of substitutes
Nicaraguan relationships families are strong and influence many aspects of Nicaraguan life. Nicaraguan still having the culture of live in the same house with them parent after they got married.
Based on the previously information, our main substitutes will be grandparents or even others families members because they will considered that our robots will not give enough education and security for their children and even worst , they might thing that the using of this new technology could be dangerous.

Conclusion
Mss. Nanny is a company that counts on acceptance and market demand due to that as everything will be more systematized, there is more gender equality and both parents wont spend much time with their children because they will be busy at work. Therefore need the support of someone or something that ensures the welfare of their children when they are not available and nothing better than a robot that you can monitor from your work and see how your children are also a way safer than leaving them in the care of a person because with a human you never know what could happen, either, to steal your home or to kidnap your child. Mss. Nanny gives the parents peace of knowing that their children are in good hands.
