In the other hand is the science of happiness. For centuries, psychology has focused on investigating what is wrong with us, or subjects like depression, anxiety, trauma and addictions. But actually scientis are now focusing on what makes people bloom.
They are more focused on thoughts, behavior and actions that makes us more active, happier, focused, etc. The Positive Psychology is often referred as the science of happiness. Their goal is to investigate what is what makes us bloom and encourages us as individuals to assume practices like optimism, and to live happy lives.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion I think that happiness is a topic that everybody should talk about, we almost think about it as something that automatically comes, but as you get older it actually gets harder to be. All my life I considered myself a happy person, but when I was in the middle of high-school I found myself depressed, not being excited for the thinks that I usually liked, wanted to spend most of my life asleep to not be awake. I was in this dark hole, that I could not get out of, and the worst think was that I didn´t even knew what I was going thought I just thought that I was sad, or something but being sad doesn´t last 5 months.
I think now is really important to inform people of mental health, educate people to be conscious, because it can happen to anyone, and they may not even know, but you can help them. Being surrounded by people that actually care and listen, really helps you to start healing and become more positive, since that stage of my life I have been really focused on being more positive, and trying to see the good side of things, because I will never like to feel the way I felt in those months.
In other words, you have the ability to control how you feel or how you can help other to feel, and with consistent practice, you can form life-long behaviors to have a more happy life.
