RESUMEN

Actualmente las organizaciones son más complejas y requieren nuevas soluciones de negocios, especialmente las relacionadas a hidrocarburos, en el cual la complejidad es el tamaño de la información. Esta información tiene tamaños de aproximadamente 100 Terabytes; manipularlo puede ser muy lenta y compleja, es por ello que se debe evaluar soluciones que le deben velocidad de acceso a esta información.

La implementación de una adecuada arquitectura empresarial en el cual mida y controle la información a través de estadísticos va ser el punto clave para que esta sea precisa y disponible para la toma de decisiones.

Esta información, especialmente la relacionada a la geolocalización y geo referencial es la más importante para la toma de decisiones, por qué es donde se encuentra la ubicación exacta de pozos o cuencas, que son necesarias para las empresas de hidrocarburos, porque les va permitir medir la profundidad y el posicionamiento de donde van a realizar la perforación.

La solución que se ha implementado hace utilización de la herramienta diseñada COMPONENT USAGE y de las estadísticas de Google Analytics. Esta nos permite medir los accesos que tienen los usuarios a la información los tiempos y los componentes que utilizan.
