Values are those ethical judgments about imaginary or real situations which we feel more inclined by their degree of personal and social utility. The company values are the most important pillars of any organization. With them actually it defines itself, because the values of an organization are the values of its members, and especially their leaders. Employers should develop virtues such as temperance, prudence, justice and fortitude to be transmitters of true leadership.
What you need to do first is to establish the core values of the company between the management team and the increased participation of workers possible. is recommends making a list of three to ten values.
Immediately should imagine different situations that could find the company in the next five years and specify what the behavior in each case. Based on the above redefine the degree of importance of each value in the list from step 1 and sort. Once you have specified the values of the company, it should act under the same priority. And in a conflict it must be able to reason logically and based on the value list. This attitude will make the values are consistent with those of customers, employees and ourselves. Finally, the values that survive will be those of your company and what it will be much clearer and easier to clarify its vision and mission.
