Also the cross cultural management show me, that it would be difficult to adapt to the South Korean society because their results demonstrate the different contrast from the Mexican society, one fact that would be my weakness is to get a job where a the high masculinarity context is that the society will be driven by competition, achievement and success, with success being defined by the winner, this would create an extreme competition among the employees maybe the best option for me would be the collectivism, for me it has dominant values in society are caring for others and quality of life. It really adapts to my system, because it has start since I was in the school and it has continue throughout my organisational life.

Another weakness for me is the affective way between my society, because we live in a country there’s society reactions are based on the affectiveness of the people, instead of giving another reason to follow the rules, this aspect is very thought to discuss because some of the decisions that we made in our days are base on feelings. In my personal thinking of view, there’s decisions where you need to take consideration with your feelings and some decisions you need to take with cold blood, and accept the consequences. But my culture has teach me how to take the decisions with the certain percentage of feeling in order to make a right decision for everyone. I understand the emotional feeling for others, but when the decision taking place in my work zone, I need to focus in a objective where all the participants are going to get benefit in order to follow the rules and keep a good environment for the employees. The precision and punctuality are the norm in all the companies but in some companies there´s the colleague that don’t want to follow the rules, in order to make him follow the rules, You need to talk with him and courage him to make a change in his mind in order to follow the rules, motivate him so in the future he can follow the different rules and decisions of their boss.

4. How would you reinforce your strengths and compensate for your weaknesses in those differing contexts?

The first step is done after I weaknesses and strengths actually are. It sounds obvious but taking the time to understand what you're good at, in my weakness of feelings at the decision making, these special weakness is put in practice every day, all the day in the job, at your activities. In order to make a good decision we need to have a knowledge of what´s going on at your environment, otherwise you will not achieve a good decision.

Every day our decisions create a consequences to another person, so we need to make or plan the way to tell a person to obey the decision, not at all the times they result benefit. The decision making should be practice day by day, I should take on consideration and our society that we need to develop more the feelings that we put in our decisions, because sometimes of being good with a person (at your decision) later on, might get the things bad for you and you get fool. Instead of getting putting your feelings every time in all your decisions, you can choose the right feeling for your decision. Many decisions in the job are need to be taken with a very low mostly nothing of feelings because business are business, one bad decision can get fired all of the colleagues or the bankruptcy of the company.

My other weakness is the stressful job and the stress way to achieve all the planted goals. Many employees and the persons in our society don’t do well the activities with a highly stressful environment, also this cause bad decisions and the main problem of all, the retard of all your colleagues. In order to get adapt to the stressful environmental at the job, in school, at my activities, is to concentrate in the present action, don’t be fooling around, take advantages of your time to complete all your task , because the time can be our worst enemy. Also is to plan the certain goals to achieve in your different activities, this could be an excellent practice for a stressful job. Otherwise your boos will bother you all the time an giving you task to complete in certain time, so when you plan your time and also the different ways to make it correctly and achieve your task with success.

As conclusion for making the right decision with the certain feeling and also the strengths that characterize me I can make my strengths more productive of making sure you I connect my strengths to the goals I want to achieve, also by combining the multiple strengths together to amplify the achieve effect, but the most important thought that you need to have all the time in mind is to be mindful not to overplay your strengths, and monitor and refine your application of strengths in different situations.

To minimize my weaknesses, try to reshape what you do, use your strengths to compensate, find a complementary partner, or adopt ways to work as a team so that each person can draw on their strengths and get support from others, also the pt test open my mind an see many mistakes that i was making at my decisions and the right ways to express with my colleagues. Also the need of constant approaches to other areas off your zone comfort, to get a different experience to achieve a new zone. Our weaknesses are maybe the strengths of others, so in order to convert our weaknesses to strengths, need to plan all the problems, all the different aspects that make you strong and the bad things. The need of the internal thoughts is very useful to improve your weaknesses in order to make them strengths, to accept your bad and good decisions at yor different activities.

When you’re trying to develop a specific skill, following your strengths is a recipe for disappointment. That’s because your total skill level relies on all areas working at once. So cultivating strengths allow you to differentiate yourself and compete, Challenging yourself actually gets harder with time, that’s because as you advance, you learn how to do more and more things, and achieve more goals in less time, in order to be prepare for a stress job. The point in all of these is to get out of “comfort zone”, and start developing your weaknesees to convert them in your strenghts, and practicing the stuff you’re already good at
