- Free time is considered a risk factor, when you do not know how to handle and is used in actions that impair the quality of life of people, especially young people, it becomes a negative stimulus that influences personality and the lifestyle of the young that cause health problems and conviviality. The lack of programs and strategies to take advantage of the free time have led young people to seek illegal ways and alternatives to get money and therefore the formation or membership of armed groups, violence and insecurity.

- To this end the government of Antioquia proposes that through proper use of free time to design and implement training, leisure and recreational strategies, seeking to achieve in the near future, the transformation of the city of Medellin on stage, academic, educational and others in a space where young people, children, young people approaching in his spare time to develop extracurricular activities (training, leisure, recreation and sports) that allow them to use free time wisely and thereby helping to improve their quality of life, integral human development and to live in harmony with oneself and others; considering that this is promoting the educational and social development, and generating participatory processes and articulated, increasing attitude of responsibility and sense of belonging to personal and group level.

- To achieve raise awareness in young people about the proper use of "free time" is a task that is done from home and transmitted to the company, this will take a long time, but someday emerge a more social and entrepreneurial generation to change our country.
