Antifeminism is the most unaware ideology that can exist. Antifeminists establish that feminism is just the excuse of women to make them look as victims. Also, they dare to use expressions like: “Feminism only cares about women” or “Feminists hate men and think women are better”. So, in fact there only could be two reasons why this people would believe that ideas; first, they should be very much uninformed or second maybe they’re stupid by nature. Feminism is just an ideology which tells every man to stop the violence, stop the abuses and starting to look at me, a woman as your equal; it’s no more than that, it’s not me trying to put you as man under my feet, I’m just asking to be accepted for you as equal as I consider you. After a look to the statistics, everybody should be conscious of the millions of women around the world who are suffering some abuse at this point and it’s impossible to be blind in front of this situation because it’s a terrible reality which is happening in our society.
To conclude, Feminism is key for many women to achieve equality and respect from men because it opposes to gender inequality, violence and abuses against women. Also, it offers the conception of a fair world where people receive what they deserve according to their abilities and skills. We, as women deserve equality in every aspect of our life. We should be able to do whatever we want; we dream about being mothers, housewives, lawyers, doctors, judges; society shouldn’t stop us of being successful in what we aim and feminism take us closer to those dreams.
