The book there reports Albert's anecdotes a newly graduated engineer of systems that in its first work cannot be on good terms with its office partners. Its chief assigns it to an interdisciplinary group thinking that it would be a magnificent form of that learns to be related, but everything salts badly since it was difficult to Albert to be related to the members of the group and only it was trying to influence explaining its ideas to them which did that the partners were feeling offended with Albert for not valuing its knowledge, not even its efforts. Its chief Megan recommends him to be related to a trainer of soccer of the university from which there is gone away which in its career achieved many victories, in this part Albert begins learning with the trainer who was revealing the secret of the old shoes.

The first secret treats on doing that other persons feel strong and not more dweebs, which is done respecting its efforts, including them in the processes of planeación and decision making, also recognizing the strong points of the others. The second secret is called the camels they are good, by means of a metaphor the trainer gives to him to understand the things they must not be done lightly why it will be more difficult to triumph, while if the things are done well, calmly and in detail, they go to achieve the targets proposed with the best of the results. The third secret is to avoid pitfalls of the thought based on two exclusive values, which says that it is necessary to leave the ego aside and to not to look the one who has the reason but to announce that it is the best thing to confront the situation, many problems have more than two solutions it is necessary to be creative and to look for the most ideal solution. The fourth secret is to influence the future, instead of on the present or the past, which means that it is necessary to develop a vision of where it goes away and to solve the future problems not to think about how culprits for the past errors to learn of them to not commit again. Finally thanks to these four formulae Albert learned the importance of basing the interpersonal relations at corporate level.

In conclusion it is necessary to be able to be related to the persons not only at family but also managerial level, it is important to recognize the values that the partners have, the things must be done well without importing the time that takes us, also know that all the problems have one or more solutions only one must know which is indicated for the occasion and finally not to stay with the mistake of the past always to look at the future.
