By getting its trading partners find it really easy to operate with the company. Amazon has done an excellent job in recruiting and satisfaction of stakeholders: publishers, distributors and other online retailers. Since all find it easy to operate with Amazon, the overall customer experience improves substantially.
A year after its launch, Amazon pioneered sales distribution, and is now linked with more than sixty thousand sites, including the most successful of the Web (AOL.com, Yahoo, Nescape, Geosities and exit), web portals where visitors can buy books from Amazon.com catalog. Other agreements have allowed Amazon to grow globally and expand sales beyond the books, it is distinguished from other online and off this and is positioned for future growth.
- As an entrepreneur and visionary, why do you think Bezos was successful?
Jeff Bezos becomes the youngest vice president of a major investment firm on Wall Street getting a high salary and make the decision to forgo having a safe position and prospered to fulfill his dream as an entrepreneur, and the fact of being a person bold and risky today made it one of the world's billionaires. In addition to this, he was able to identify entrepreneurial opportunities and most importantly who knew how to use them as he did with the growth of the internet.
I also think that the idea of putting customer above all and the fact of making your business an innovative firm with the passage of time, was what made quickly recognized and that no competitor could adapt or copy by your devises a lasting and perhaps the most successful in history.
To finish answering the question, do not let go of that was always patient and knew await the arrival of the good results, and their great teamwork with partners and distributors and that was always an entrepreneur who loves his work and with a good level of self-confidence.
- What have you done different to Bezos?
Everyone speaks of the great entrepreneurial spirit that had Bezos during the design and implementation of your project that went to be one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world, but in parallel in what has to do with its management of human resources is perhaps his weakness and where they have rained most of their criticism from serious media as the New York Times.
Some say that Bezos is a bad boss, who represents the inhumanity of employers with employees, and that within the company a work environment governed by the pressure that has led to a cruel and inhuman experience for many employees is handled, who they end up sick and giving up.
As an administrator undoubtedly would attend otherwise how to interact with my employees and not only put the customer first place but also my colleagues, as much as boss as each brings to the company and have satisfied employees with their work and unfold in a quiet and friendly atmosphere is found that makes the product or service to be obtained more efficiently and with higher quality standards which would bring to my higher returns and the employee better quality of life at work.
