Nothing would happen until we develop trust in the others and their job, and that is why in our company from day one until the last day we believe in all of our workers, but not only this we also believe that they have a great potential to be successful in the company and that is why from day one we trust in them 100%.

Other thing that we decided to do was participate in different ways to help those in need, and that is why we created different projects to help the people from those countries.

Deseret Helping hands is one of those programs where once a year the people from our company work in a service project in the area where they have been assigned close to their homes, this may include but is not limited to reforestation, cleaning the streets, visiting people at nursing homes, hospitals and so on just to share with everyone the idea of the company “working together, doing good together”

Deseret homes which is a program of shelter homes specifically in different locations where we have a lot of people without a home, these shelter homes give free shelter and food to those that have been in those situations and also offer an addiction recovery program in order to help these people and solve their problems making them better citizens.

Family services that is basically a community psychologist focus on helping families solve their problems in the different countries with countless problems that come from a dysfunctional family or traumas caused at home, the main idea is to lower the theft rates, drug addiction and prostitution.

Something that we definitely believe in our company is that if our customers are satisfied they will recommend us to others and that is why the standards that we use in our company are really high, starting from the main door you will always see everyone at the bank with a great big smile welcoming you and giving you the treat that you deserved, We evaluate also our service every week through surveys to the customers that visit us and give constructive feedback to our personal, now talking about the online services and the call centers that we work with, they also need to give you the best deal ever and show their excitement to work with you and at the end of every conversation with someone from our company we ask all of our customers to answer our satisfaction survey and tell us the things that we can improve.

This is one of the areas that our CEO José Romero is in charge of, and as part of this he has developed different methods in order to increase the participation of our customers and receive more answers from this surveys, so for every 3 surveys that you answered as a customer we give you a ticket for a raff and if you win then you get the 1% of interests for 4 months only and not the 5% that is on your contract, we also work with your community and accept any constructive ideas and service project opportunities in your area as ideas to do something else for the environment and show you how much we appreciate your trust in us.

Our Services

We work as a regular bank taking care of your money in debit, saving and credit accounts, but the most important service that we offer is the credits to start your own business.

They are divided in 3:

Starter: a credit with the 5% of Annual interest rate to start your own business with fixed payments and for 3 years or less, we do not cover extra charges if you pay before or pay in advance, this credit is only used to start your own business and must be used by the same purpose, any different way that you use our funds from this credit will be penalized.

Builder: a credit in order to build your own house, this credit will be approved only if you count with the documents necessary to start the construction of your place, do not apply for this one if you don’t count with the blue prints, also this credit will work with the 6% of annual interest rate.

Dreamer: this credit is approved in order to accomplish your dreams and it is only given to those that can work with our system of payments, this is the one that has the lower interest rate because we want to let know everyone that dreams are possible, the interest rate of this one is of 3.5% annual, and it is to be paid in less than 2 years, everything that you always wish can be a reason for us to let us help you get it. (It is also provided after we evaluate your income and payment capacity)

Also some other services that we have besides the ones that we just mentioned and that where created in order to help those countries with lower incomes and high rates of birth are the ones for the first world countries to manage their finances and help them learn in which countries they can invest and obtain also great incomes, in the same way they will be helping a different country, and we also help them to control their taxes and give them a full analysis of their procedures moneywise just in order to make more from it.

We are also really big in the whole process of trading products from different countries, this one includes helping the big enterprises to do all the paperwork and avoid any possible problems in the importing or exporting merchandise, finding also the cheapest price for the trip and the best quality too.

We focus our efforts in two different areas that we have considered the most important ones in the world, the first area where our services are used is in the United Arab Emirates because they are one of the richest places on earth and since they have a lot of money they are the ones that want to invest more in the different countries, so we give several consulting to all of this countries especially to the Dubai population and we help them and direct them to invest in great companies in different countries especially the ones of central and south America in order to develop more industries and jobs in this countries, also this is a great way to promote our bank in this different parts of the world and to work together
