PLIEGO DE POSICIONES AL TENOR DEL CUAL DEBERÁ EXAMINARSE EL DEMANDADO CABRERA EN EL EXPEDIENTE AL RUBRO INDICADO.

EL ABSOLVENTE DIRA SI ES CIERTO COMO EN VERDAD LO ES:

1.- Que Usted vendió el inmueble identificado como, a GUSTAVO VICTORIA REYES.

2.- Que el 6 DE MARZO DEL 2008, Usted vendió el inmueble identificado como, a GUSTAVO VICTORIA REYES

3.- Que Usted entrego la posesión del inmueble identificado como, a GUSTAVO VICTORIA REYES al momento que celebró la compraventa.

4.- Que Usted se ha abstenido de molestar a GUSTAVO VICTORIA REYES respecto de la tenencia y posesión del inmueble objeto del presente juicio.
