La comprensión de las teorías y de los procesos administrativos hoy son considerados fundamentales para el estudio de la administración. La asignatura es necesaria para construir habilidades y utilizar el conocimiento relacionado con Administración para ser más eficiente como líder en una organización |
JUSTIFICATION |
The understanding of theories and administrative processes today are considered fundamental for the study of administration. The subject is necessary to build skills and use the knowledge related to Administration to be more efficient as a leader in an organization. |

Dar a conocer a los alumnos las teorías organizacionales para el diseño empresarial.

• Develop observation, description, analysis and synthesis abilities for organizational relationships and processes. • Generate own criteria that allow a critical approach to organizational theory and organizations itself. • Promote teamwork as much as possible. • Contribute to the development of the following skills: Analysis and synthesis, Critical thinking, Self-learning, Cooperation and teamwork. |

PEDAGOGICAL STRATEGIES |
• The course has as methodology the approach to each one of the subjects, stimulating the critical contrast between business realities and the different existing theoretical approaches. • Thus, the course is based on a work methodology with an analytical perspective and in which the student should plays a role predominantly active. The methodological elements respond to two basic principles: * First, seek for an active students’ participation in the learning process. * Second, allow a rigorous approach to the reality of organizations in order to contrast the theoretical elements addressed in the course. |
METODOLOGÍA |
Los alumnos, antes de la clase, preparan los temas, las lecturas y ejercicios, de acuerdo con el programa, de manera autónoma. Las sesiones presenciales se utilizan para discutir lo aprendido, aclarar las dudas, hacer los talleres, presentar los avances de los trabajos de investigación y los controles de lectura. En este sentido se intenta que en cada módulo el estudiante realice las siguientes actividades y/o tareas:

METHODOLOGY |
According to the program and before class, individually each student prepare subjects, readings and exercises. Sessions are used to discuss what they learned by themselves, clarify doubts, do the workshops, present research progress and reading tests. In this sense, the student tries to carry out the following activities and / or tasks in each module: • Intensive and analytical reading of the materials assigned before each class. • Complementary activities such as conferences, class workshops, group or individual presentations, among others. Teachers should: • Introduction and clarifications pertinent to the chosen readings and the topic proposed for each session. • Deepening on the theme of each area. • Evaluation of the area, closing of the topic and articulation with the following and with the global panorama of the course. Other relevant rules are:
Business analysis exercise (teamwork).
The essential purpose of the groups is to achieve as much as possible the presentation of the activity called “Event” in all classes. The event is a critical incident that allows reflection and corresponds to the narration of a series of events related to the theoretical theme of the class. This event is prepared by the students after consulting the professor. Students will send a PowerPoint presentation no later than Wednesday of the previous week for the professor to make recommendations.
