3. Confirmación de pago de Impuestos por ajuste de valor

En caso se haya solicitado sustentos al cliente: We have requested cnee to provide proof of the value declared, they can provide bank transference, purchase order, Account detail signed by their accountant (this information can only be provided by cnee).

4. Registro Sanitario/DIGESA

Le informamos que el Producto correspondiente a este envío es restringido, por lo tanto se requiere Registro Sanitario de DIGESA. De lo contrario, se requiere Declaración Jurada de Registro Sanitario o Pronunciamiento de DIGEMID, de que el Producto no requiere de Registro Sanitario. Este documento debe ser presentado a Aduanas para evitar cualquier notificación de multa, así como comiso de su importación.

The content of this shipment is restricted. The consignee has to provide Sanitary Register, otherwise, an Statement of Sanitary Register (local format) or DIGESA permission which indicates that the content doesn’t need Sanitary Register. This document must be presented to customs in order to avoid a fine or confiscation of the shipment. Please note that this restriction is indicated in ISD
