In the resort hotels (resorts), breakfast has evolved to a point where it is known as brunch (breakfast lunch) or "Breakfast Lunch", with a comprehensive schedule until hours after half a day and hot and cold ingredients such as salads, red and white meat, products of the sea, etc.

American plans. The Anglo-Saxon influence over North America prompted the union of accommodation with all services of food and drinks, by way of example, until 1956 was used in Great Britain the word "inn" to name the hotel establishments, word derived the full service that pos custom imposed provided for years its hotels, which amounted to the hosting all meals: food, breakfast and dinner.

the middle of the decade of the nineties in hotels in the Caribbean and cruises, its great

acceptance has provoked widespread worldwide, especially in

resort hotels (resorts).

Includes within a single rate accommodation and free use of the services

of foods and beverages in all meals: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

In the first category hotels and varied gastronomic offer, guests can

choose the restaurant and enjoy freely, in most of the cases of all kinds of drinks: alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The type of service used by the

restaurants of hotels that offer this plan is buffet, where the variety of

delicacies offered is of great importance

Many hotels have several options in plans of accommodation, which

obliges them to identify their guests. This modality very common in hotels in the

Caribbean, sets the placement of a tape with a particular color in the wrist

some of the delicacies offered by the "breakfast buffet":

- the variety of sweet and savory baked products

- seasonal fruits served to natural, in salads or liquefied.

- Juice (juice) of great variety of fruits.

One star hotels are the cheapest, strictly for sleeping and keep traveling. Bedroom normally have one table, chair, bed, and bathroom.

Two stars hotel room have bigger accommodations, it counts with food and drinks service.

Tree star hotels have more space and are medium price ranked.

Four star more comfortable, with cable tv laundry service, business meeting room.

Five star houtes: are the best of the best luxurys, gym, pool, events almoust every night, mix restaurants.

Diamond hotels: moust be over the top, with luxury.
