At present quality has become the target of many companies to provide customers the support and the guarantee is needed, as indicated by the different rules governing the economy, products or services that are subject to harsh tests that rate the quality of them.
That is why large companies do surveys customers about thinking of improving the quality of its products and (or) services, taking into account that they need more resources and increase the price of them, responding to a large majority are willing to pay more for the product or service being acquired have high quality and warranty.
We often do not look if the product was manufactured under optimal conditions, or created by the best.
