Para identificar estos factores, se procedió a realizar dos visitas detalladas en el área de producción, los cuales resultaron ser fuente de información valiosa, por lo que se detectó riesgos inherentes a los trabajadores para el estudio, para ello se realizaron encuestas a cada uno de los trabajadores que laboran en la área ya mencionada, luego se procedió a analizar las actividades ejecutadas por cada trabajador, determinándose así los riesgos a los cuales se ven expuestos.
Hemos detectado que la empresa se encuentre en una situación crítica, ya que hemos encontrado diversos factores que afectan la integridad física y psicológica del trabajador, los cuales son los siguientes: los trabajadores no emplean equipos de protección personal como son los cascos, gafas, fajas, guantes, zapatos con punta de acero; esta falta de atención hacia ello son causantes de múltiples daños que muchas veces son irreparables.
Posteriormente se empleó el método rula para identificar las posibles consecuencias, daños a la salud y las medidas de prevención que se deben tomar en cuenta para poder laborar de forma segura, productiva y eficiente.
Finalmente este estudio viene acompañado de su respectiva evaluación económica, el cual permite presentar los costos a incurrir por la fábrica para la implantación de dicha propuesta.

ABSTRACT
In this research project develops an assessment of health and safety of workers in the production area FAVIMET SRL company, in order to detect, reduce or eliminate hazards in the work area.
To identify these factors, we proceeded with two detailed views in the production area, which turned out to be a source of valuable information, so it was detected risks to workers for the study, to do surveys to each of workers employed in the aforementioned area, then proceeded to analyze the activities performed by each worker, and determine the risks to which they are exposed.
We have detected that the company is in a critical situation, as we have found several factors which affect the physical and psychological integrity of the worker, which are as follows: workers do not use personal protective equipment such as helmets, goggles, belts, gloves, steel-toed shoes, this lack of attention to it are causing multiple injuries that are often irreparable.
Later rula method was used to identify the possible consequences, damage to health and the prevention measures that should be taken into account in order to labor safely, productively and efficiently.
Finally this study comes with its respective economic evaluation, which allows costs to be incurred to present the factory for the implementation of this proposal.
