Another one that brings quality is Philip Crosby, who started with a program called "Zero Errors", saying that there is no reason to make mistakes or defects in a product or service, this being a quality standard. He brings some concepts to what he calls "Absolutes to Total Quality" that defines quality as fulfillment of requirements, that the quality system is prevention, that the standard of achievement is zero defects, and that the measure of Quality is the price of non-compliance. In addition Crosby proposes 14 steps to improve quality, as well as CROSBY's 6 "C" (Comprehension, Competence, Commitment, Communication, Correction and Continuity, another of his contributions are called "T" by CROSBY (Time, Talent and Treasure ).
Joseph Juran is another of the men who contribute to quality, he demonstrated and revitalized the Pareto diagram in quality, he also proposes a trilogy of quality that consists of the use of three processes that are; Quality planning, quality control and quality improvement, another of its contributions are the so-called 10 steps of Juran among which are; Set goals for improvement, provide training, report progress, among others.
Finally, Kauro Ishikawa who for quality control consists of "developing, designing, developing and maintaining" a quality product. It proposes quality circles which is a mechanism in which the achievement of quality is through staff, although for Ishikawa also serves as motivation for employees. His philosophy was that as the industry progresses, and the degree of civilization increases, quality control becomes more important. It also proposes basic principles of quality, in which it emphasizes that quality begins and ends with education; Also provides THE SEVEN QUALITY BASIC TOOLS; Which are control sheets, histograms, control charts, Pareto diagram, cause diagram or effect / Deming diagram, dispersion diagram, stratification.
These scientists and researchers, contributed in extraordinary dimensions to the quality, since their points or steps to arrive at the quality are efficient and proven.
